I hereby release Whole Life Wellness and any instructors from responsibility for any injuries I may sustain as a result of participation in the classes or programs presented by Whole Life Wellness - including any online pre-recorded or live-streamed class.

I am aware that the instructor may not see me and may not be able to offer personalized instruction, and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the classes of programs offered through Whole Life Wellness. As determined by my physician and myself, I certify that the level of my physical condition will allow me to safely participate in programs at Whole Life Wellness. I acknowledge and understand that Whole Life Wellness is not engaged in rendering medical or professional services.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I am legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above, and by participating in any classes presented by Whole Life Wellness agree to these conditions.

Cardio Plyo Interval Training- 40 min.

Cardio and plyometric exercises are built into this high-paced class to increase respiratory and circulatory rates. You may want shoes as jumping is suggested however not required. 40 minutes of work that'll fly by before you know it.
