For Organizations

Well-being isn't separate from how we work.

Workshops, presentations and experiential programs designed to strengthen nervous system regulation, communication, resilience and sustainable performance.

EXPLORE WORKING TOGETHER

People bring their nervous systems to work.

THE HUMAN SIDE OF PERFORMANCE

Stress doesn't stay neatly outside the workplace. It influences how we communicate, make decisions, navigate conflict, respond to change, recover from pressure and connect with one another.

Organizations often focus on what people need to do differently. But sustainable change also requires understanding what happens within us when demands rise, communication becomes difficult or our capacity is stretched.

When people develop greater awareness of their patterns and physiological responses, they have more capacity to pause, communicate clearly, adapt intentionally and remain connected, to themselves and to the people around them.

Well-being isn't separate from performance. It helps make sustainable performance possible.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Every organization is different. Offerings can be customized to meet the needs of your people, culture and setting, from a single presentation to a more immersive experience.

WORKSHOPS

PRESENTATIONS

Engaging, accessible talks exploring mental health, nervous system regulation, communication, resilience and sustainable well-being.

EXPERIENTIAL WELLNESS

CUSTOM PROGRAMS + PARTNERSHIPS

Thoughtfully designed experiences created in collaboration with organizations, teams and brands around their specific goals, people and context.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Programs can be shaped around the challenges, conversations and capacities most relevant to your organization.

Understanding how stress affects the mind and body, recognizing patterns of reactivity and developing practical tools that support regulation, recovery and greater capacity.

Building self-awareness, navigating difficult interactions and strengthening the capacity to communicate clearly while remaining connected to ourselves and others.

Moving beyond simply pushing through toward practices that support adaptability, recovery and the ability to perform well without continually overriding internal signals.

Integrating mindfulness, breath and body-based practices to strengthen presence, awareness, nervous system regulation and overall well-being.

Understanding how people respond to uncertainty, disruption and change while developing greater capacity to adapt, remain grounded and respond intentionally.

A WHOLE-PERSON APPROACH

Expertise that bridges mind and body.

Sarah Cunningham, LCSW, CYT, brings more than 20 years of experience in mental health together with over a decade of teaching mindfulness, yoga and embodied practices.

Her approach translates complex ideas about stress, behavior, relationships and the nervous system into experiences that are accessible, practical and relevant to real life.

Rather than simply providing information, Sarah creates opportunities for participants to understand what is happening within themselves, experience tools in real time and leave with practices they can actually use.

Evidence-informed. Experiential. Human.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE + COLLABORATIONS

Sarah has partnered with organizations, brands and community groups to create experiences supporting mental health, connection and well-being.

"Sarah understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish, giving our first responders practical tools to manage the stress and trauma that come with these careers while normalizing the fact that this work affects all of us. Her presentations were engaging, relatable, and incredibly practical. She listened to what our people needed and built the training around them."
