WHOLE LIFE WELLNESS
To yourself. To your relationships.
To the life you want to be living.
Whole Life Wellness brings together psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness and embodied practices to help you understand yourself more deeply and live with greater intention, connection and choice.
EXPLORE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Maybe you're moving through a transition. Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Finding yourself in the same relationship patterns. Struggling to know where your responsibility ends and someone else's begins.
Or maybe nothing is necessarily wrong, but something in you knows there could be another way.
With more awareness of what you're feeling. More connection to what you need. More capacity to respond instead of react.
Change often begins by learning to listen more closely to yourself.
WHAT IT MEANS TO LIVE ATTUNED
Attunement is the practice of noticing what is happening within you—your thoughts, emotions, body, patterns, needs and values—without immediately overriding, fixing or judging what you find.
Because awareness creates choice.
When we become more attuned, we create space between what happens to us and how we respond. We begin to recognize what is ours, what isn't, what we need, and what no longer fits.
Presence. Connection. Joy.
Not destinations to arrive at, but capacities we can practice—and ways of living we can strengthen.
Different paths. One intention. To help you become more attuned to yourself, your relationships, and the way you move through your life.

MEET SARAH
I'm Sarah Cunningham, LCSW, CYT, a psychotherapist, yoga teacher and educator with more than 20 years of experience helping people understand themselves and create meaningful change.
I've learned that insight matters, but insight alone isn't always enough. We can understand the pattern, know the boundary we need to set, or recognize that we're overwhelmed...and still find ourselves repeating, accommodating or pushing through.
My work brings together the psychological and physiological, the mind and body, awareness and practice, insight and action.
Because meaningful change isn't simply about knowing more.
It's about becoming more attuned to what you already know.
MEET SARAH
The way we feel affects the way we relate. The way we relate affects how we move through change. Stress lives in the body as much as the mind. And joy, connection and well-being aren't separate from our mental health, they're part of it.
Understanding overwhelm, reactivity and the body's response to stress, and building greater capacity to regulate and respond.
Recognizing patterns, strengthening boundaries and learning to communicate without losing yourself in the process.
Navigating the moments that disrupt what was and ask us to reconsider who we are and what comes next.
Moving beyond simply managing what's difficult and strengthening the practices, relationships and experiences that help life feel meaningful.
